📍 Location: Greece (On-site)
✨ Your Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
Accurately log all customer interactions in the database
Manage and resolve complaints according to company guidelines
Troubleshoot issues using training materials and support tools
Provide clear solutions and helpful recommendations
🗣️ What We’re Looking For:
Native or Fluent French 🇫🇷
Good English level (C1)
Strong communication & active listening skills
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Basic typing speed (20 WPM)
High School Diploma or higher
🇪🇺 Valid EU passport or Greek residence/work permit (mandatory)
