Turkish-Speaking Customer Delight Representative

Location: Lisbon (Relocation provided)

Contract: Full-time, 12-month renewable

Languages: Fluent Turkish + English (B2)

About the Role

We are looking for a Turkish-speaking Customer Delight Representative to support small and medium-sized businesses using online advertising tools. You will help clients with product questions, troubleshooting, and improving their digital marketing performance.

Responsibilities

• Support SMB clients via chat, email, and phone
• Assist with online advertising tools and self-service platforms
• Provide pre- and post-sales guidance
• Identify issues and share product feedback
• Deliver an excellent customer experience

Requirements

• Fluent Turkish speaker
• EU passport or valid Portugal residence card (mandatory)
• English B2 level
• 1+ year experience in customer service or similar
• Strong communication and quick learning skills

Work Conditions

• 40 hours per week, rotational shifts
• 15-day training period (full attendance required)
• 12-month renewable contract
• 1-month probation period
